FAQ

Questions about working together

Clear answers about payments, rates, requirements and order terms – a practical guide for carriers considering a long-term partnership.

The payment term is 30 days. We pay on time, without delays. You send documents (a CMR scan and invoice) electronically to a dedicated address, speeding up verification and payment. We offer regular partners shorter payment terms and individual settlement arrangements.
We agree rates individually, depending on the route, vehicle type and frequency of cooperation. Western routes (Germany, Benelux, France) carry higher rates due to tolls and operating costs. We guarantee regular partners preferential rates, a minimum monthly mileage and a fuel clause adjusting the rate when fuel prices change significantly. You will receive a specific offer after speaking with our partnerships team.
A Community licence for international transport, carrier liability insurance (OCP) and a fleet in good technical condition. We are looking for tractor units with curtainsider/tarpaulin, mega and refrigerated semi-trailers with a payload of up to 24 tonnes. We prefer Euro 5 and Euro 6 vehicles due to LEZ zones. Drivers must hold a C+E driving licence, a driver card and valid medical examinations.
No – we can work together by phone, email and traditional documents. We recommend GPS vehicle tracking, as it speeds up communication and the response to delays. If you have a TMS in place, document exchange can be integrated.
A framework agreement guarantees a minimum of 8000-12000 km per month, rates that are 5-10% higher, shorter payment terms and priority for attractive orders. You also get simplified settlements, a dedicated contact who understands your fleet, and advance communication about seasonal changes in demand. The agreement is flexible, with no-penalty termination on 30 days’ notice.
An on-duty dispatcher is available by phone 24/7 in Polish, English, German and Italian. We help with breakdowns, delays, border issues and roadside inspections: contacting the customer, arranging a replacement vehicle and communicating with foreign authorities. Drivers receive detailed loading and unloading instructions, warehouse contacts and full ADR documentation for dangerous goods.
OCP is formally voluntary, but essential in practice – we require carriers working with us to hold a policy with an insured limit of at least EUR 100,000. Remember that motor third-party liability insurance does not cover cargo damage. Before taking out a policy, check the exclusions, such as ADR transport or parking in unguarded areas.
Cabotage requires a Community licence, CMR documents confirming international carriage and the same vehicle (or tractor unit for an articulated combination). Penalties for violations are high: up to EUR 2000 for the carrier in Germany and up to EUR 15,000 in France. Watch out for LEZ zones and local minimum-wage rules, such as MiLoG in Germany. Our dispatchers plan routes to ensure cabotage complies with the rules.
Under a framework agreement, you can refuse an individual order for justified reasons – a breakdown, an unavailable driver or a vehicle committed to another order. We respect a partnership-based approach. For one-off orders, acceptance binds you to the order terms; cancellation rules are set out in the general terms and conditions. We use an ongoing dispatcher-to-driver order system. On request, we create communication channels where the company owner can view all correspondence.
The rate per kilometre includes the carrier’s fuel and toll costs – this is why we provide discounted fuel cards and toll devices, removing the need to finance journeys from your own funds and simplifying settlements. We apply a fuel clause when fuel prices change significantly.
